JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
• Accounts Assistant’s primary role will be to provide administrative support to accounts department.

The Required Skills for this Role Include:
* Preparation of cashbooks and bank reconciliation.
* Preparation of trial balance.
* Updating debtor and creditor aged analysis.
* Daily tracking of expenses and payments.
* Management and maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register and participate in the period fixed assets verification exercise.
* Participating in internal and external audit processes by providing information as required.
* NAPSA submissions, payments and other related tasks.
* Filling of statutory returns such as PAYE, VAT, WHT, and Income Tax Returns.
* Reviewing daily/monthly receipts and cash reconciliations.

The Required Qualifications are:
• Grade Twelve School Certificate.
• Certificate/Diploma in Accounts
• Ability to use a computer is a must. i.e. proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF, etc. and/or such similar office tools.
• Knowledge in Pastel Accounting
• Two years work experience
