JOB DETAILS:
About the Role:
• We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Junior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in accounting who is eager to learn and grow in the field of systems implementation. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of accounting and ERP systems such as Odoo, Palladium, and QuickBooks while performing traditional accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting Support:
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
Support in managing payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
• Systems Implementation and Support:
• Assist with the setup and implementation of accounting and ERP systems like Odoo, Palladium, and QuickBooks.
Configure and customize systems to meet specific client or organizational needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during and after implementation.
• Client Engagement and Training:
• Work closely with clients to understand their business and accounting needs.
Provide training to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems.
Offer ongoing support for system-related queries.
• Learning and Development:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in supported systems.
Actively participate in training sessions and work on certifications to enhance technical expertise.
• Attention to Detail:
• Review and ensure the accuracy of data input and financial records.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in both accounting and system configurations.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Experience:

Prior experience in bookkeeping or junior accounting roles is a plus but not required.
