JOB DETAILS:
Nector Prime Accounting Solutions is a firm of chartered accountants registered by the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
We are now looking for a young accounting university graduate aged below 25 years with the listed qualifications below and able to use Ca Premier Accounting Package Version 2.0.0.1:

Full Grade 12 Or GCE Certificate with the listed subjects below:
-Mathematics with distinction grade two (2)
-English language with merit grade four (4)
– Principles of accounts or Commerce with merit grade (3)
– Plus, any three subjects with passes grade six or seven

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
– At least with merit
Job specification

Teaching clients how to use Smart Invoice modules listed below:
(1) Local purchases
(2) Purchases (Imports)
(3) Sales processing (Tax invoice – rate A, B, C1, C2, C3 and D)
(4) Sales processing (Tax invoice -Reverse VAT (RVAT))
(5) Sales processing (Tax invoice – Expenses reimbursement rate E)
(6) Sales processing (Tax invoice – Tourism levy)
(7) Sales processing (Tax Credit Notes and Tax Debit Notes)
(8) Products/Services creation
(9) Customers Creation
(10) Stock taking adjustments
(11) Tax invoices querying and authentication

Core Accounting
(1) Cash book processing
(2) Procurement
(3) Debtor’s processing
(4) Creditor’s processing
(5) Inventory processing
(6) Bill of material processing
(7) Landed costing
(8) Budgeting processing
(9) Cost centre analysis
(10) Income statement interrogation and correction of any expense’s misallocation
(11) Balance sheet interrogation
(12) Fixed Assets processing
(13) Payroll processing

Routine or accurate daily and month end work
(1) Petty cash approvals
(2) Daily banking
(3) Bank reconciliation
(4) Staff payroll processing
(5) Filing Nhima returns
(6) Filing PAYE & Skill development
(7) Filing Napsa Returns
(8) Workers’ compensation
(9) Month end reports such as cash flow, income statement and
Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountant
-Technician or paid-up student membership for 2024.

• We will offer a salary for the right candidate; however, you will under go the normal three probationary period before given a one-year contract with an option of two years renewal. Only Zambian citizen based in Lusaka will be given this opportunity.
