JOB DETAILS:
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Entering financial transactions into accounting software.
Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Updating and managing financial spreadsheets and databases.
Submission and reconciliation of all statutory returns

Assisting with Financial Reports:
Helping prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generating reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Reconciliation:
Assisting with bank reconciliations.
Reconciling Supplier and Customer statements and ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.

Invoice Processing:
Reviewing and processing invoices in Sage Evolution
Ensuring all invoices are approved and coded correctly.
Assisting with the tracking of expenses and ensuring proper documentation.

Auditing Support:
Helping prepare documents and records for internal and external audits.
Assisting in identifying discrepancies and issues for resolution.
Filing and organizing financial documents.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensuring all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Adhering to internal policies and procedures.
