JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an experienced an Accounts specialist to ensure that our operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies. Your duties will include:
• Prepare books of prime entry including analytical Cash book,
• Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable,
• Close out monthly accounts by preparing reconciliation statements for each account including statutory returns in readiness for sign off by the Finance Manager.
• Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation
• Organize the hard copy filing system to ensure quick pull out of documents.
• Accounting for all business transactions with journal entries, updating financial statements, preparing monthly financial reports,
All of this will be performed under the supervision of the Finance Manager

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
• ZICA Registration a must.
• At least 2 years continuous experience in a busy Multinational Office.
• Proficiency in MS Office with excellent Ms. Excel skills.
• Ability to adhere to internal controls
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills..
• Strong analytical thinking skills and be able to maintain meticulous records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of dealing with the mines is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business laws and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Documenting and reporting skills.
