JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Senior Management.
Manage and maintain schedules calendars and appointments for Senior Management.
Manage the front office as the first contact with Clients.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel-related documents.
Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate office maintenance including:
Scheduling repairs and maintenance with suppliers.
Managing office supplies and inventory
Ensuring the office is well maintained
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Full Grade 12 school certificate, with at least 5 credits at ‘O’ levels
A Diploma in a Business-related field such as: Business Administration/Public Administration/ Business Management
At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position.

Time management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Problem solving: Ability to think critically and resolve administrative problems.

Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior staff members
Proactivity: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative issues.
Integrity: Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Emotional Intelligence: Self-awareness, empathy and social skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
Must be a Self-Starter: Takes initiatives, identifying opportunities and acting on them.
Strong ICT skills. Experience in use of any accounting package will be an added advantage.
