Part II: Nature and Scope of Job
1. Purpose
To coordinate the status and registration of all players and to coordinate all logistics of the club efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the club's vision

2. Principal Accountabilities
• Oversee and/or facilitate the compilation and maintenance of documents to ensure that the club attains the targets of Club licensing as a requirement of FAZ, CAF and FIFA
• Oversee all travel logistics for the team when it travels including hotel bookings, travel bookings, obtaining of work permits for foreign players, renewal of passports, and obtaining of visas for foreign travel.
• Manage and oversee player registrations in line with online systems of FAZ and CAF to ensure that all the players of ZESCO United are registered and that the Club meets all of the FIFA regulations and rules on the status and transfers of players
• To ensure that the Club's recruitment procedures are fair, legal and ethical with specific regard to established FIFA rules and regulations on the status and transfers of players.
• Carrying out day to day administrative duties, including: club correspondence, procurement, player transfer negotiations, documentation of player contracts, organizing meetings, conferences and other events.
• Documentation and maintenance of players' contracts to ensure that no player becomes a free agent as defined by Article 18, clause 3 of the Regulations on the status and transfer of players of FIFA
• Act as the liaison for the Club to ensure that the Club maintains a good working relationship with the Football Association of Zambia, FAZ, Sports Council, Regional Associations and National governing bodies and other partners.
• Promotion of Football in schools and working with young people to ensure that the Club establishes a pool of players for the Under 14 and Under 17 teams. To be the point of contact between the Youth Academy and players' parents/guardians when young players are recruited to the under 14 and under 17 teams.
• To project a professional image and maintain an ambassadorial role for the Club and Youth Academy at all times, and adhering to the Club policies and protocols, specifically in relation to the recruitment of young players and to ensure that the reputation of the Club remains intact.
• Working with the Marketing and Media officers to produce promotional literature, reports and event materials to enhance the ZESCO United and ZESCO Limited brands.
• Working with the Team Manager to bring to a full resolution all issues of a disciplinary nature within the club and those involving FAZ, and CAF.
• To scan the salaries and bonuses of other clubs in the Super Division in order to bench mark and determine the best pay structure for its players with the aim of retaining its best players.

Part III: Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 GCE O'Level or its equivalent.
• Diploma in Human Resources or Business administration from a proven college or University
• A proven work experience.
• Strong in customer service competencies.
• Knowledge of FIFA rules and regulations on the status of players will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of FIFA connect system, CAF TMS for the registration of players will be added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communication and writing Skills
• Experience in sport would be desirable.
