Job summary:
The Agronomist, Regional Sales is responsible for achieving maximum sales targets and growing the market.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing campaigns and demand creation, product availability on the market, training and customer engagement, plan implementation and reporting, inventory management, safety, health and environment including driving and promoting safety practices among our out growers, people management
Minimum qualifications, experience, skills and personal attributes:
• Diploma in General Agriculture, Agronomy, Sales/Marketing/Business Administration with a qualification in General Agriculture
• Membership to Agriculture Institute of Zambia (AIZ) a MUST
• Two (3) years’ experiences in sales and agronomy activities
• Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
• Should be resourceful and innovative
• Ability to operate independently and with minimum supervision
