Role Overview
• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Agronomist to join our team. The Agronomist will play a key role in optimizing crop production, providing expert advice to farmers, and implementing innovative agricultural techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field trials and research to improve crop yields, soil quality, and farming techniques.
• Provide guidance on crop selection, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control methods.
• Collaborate with farmers to develop and implement crop management plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Offer technical support and training to farmers on modern agricultural practices and technologies.
• Monitor and analyze agricultural data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in agronomy, crop management, or agricultural consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of crop science, soil health, irrigation, and pest management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
