Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (OBN) procedures as
specified in the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011 is open to bidders registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC) in Category B Grades 6, 5 and Participation is reserved for bidders domiciled in Copperbelt Province in accordance with part 91 1(c) and 2(a)(b) of the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020.
