JOB DETAILS:
This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor in Information Technology, who works under close supervision. This role provides support to end users across multiple operating companies by assisting with the installation and operation of their workstations, business applications, and related equipment. Contributes to support the Office Technology infrastructure across multiple operating companies. .

  Job Responsibilities
• Assists with installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of all OpCodesktop hardware and software technology.
• Assists the setup and operation of audio-visual hardware, as required by end user.
• Responds to incidents within SLA/in a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency and follows up with customers on all issues
• Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support group.
• Assists with support of events, such as infrastructure changes, software releases, BCP, etc.
• Assists with administration and maintenance of non-desktop technology infrastructure components, at the request of other Service Towers.
• Assists with installing, maintenance, troubleshooting and the repair of office Telephony Systems Uses Corporate Incident Management System to record and track all support work
• Registers all new hardware and software assets in the Asset Management Tool, ensuring records are maintained throughout each asset's lifecycle
• Liaises with business unit contacts regarding staff changes to ensure recovery of all IT assets.
• Performs time tracking tasks as required. Assists with the procurement of hardware and software
• Gains additional knowledge and stays abreast of current technologies through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals, and regular interaction with other team members
