JOB DETAILS:
Compile financial information essential to production of financial statements and audit.
Provide periodic /statutory reports and accounts (Profit & Loss reports, balance sheet, budget variance analysis etc.) as required by Management. .
Produce periodic statutory returns for regulatory authorities such as ZRA,NAPSA. .
Produce financial position and portfolio exception reports (e.g. liquidity ratio report) to assist Management in decision making. .
Preparation of periodic Management accounts. .
Perform other functions as assigned by Chief Financial Officer. .

SUMMARY DUTIES.
• Maintenance of fixed assets register.
• Tax consultancy.
• Withholding Tax.
• PAYE preparations and returns.
• Income Tax provisional returns.
• Annual Returns – PACRA.
• Annual returns – financial statements.
• Preparation of monthly managements accounts.
• General Accountancy Services

Job Skills: Not Specified

QUALIFICATION.
• A diploma or higher Finance and Accounting, ACCA, CIMA and ZICA Licentiate or professional Level.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience, especially in Tax Returns.
• Experience in Auditing will be an added advantage.
• Must be a registered Member of ZICA
