JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking top talent to join our team as an Assistant Accountant, the main purpose of this job will be to assist in managing ledgers, processing invoices, debt management, preparing tax returns and assist in any other duties under the Finance Manager. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Bank reconciliation
• Recording receipts and payments
• Managing the ledgers
• Budget preparation and implementation
• Review all travel advance and petty cash retirements.
• Liaise with clients when making payment and to maintain a good relationship.
• Timely reparation of tax returns.
• Debt collection and report on the same
• Preparation of weekly reports.
• Ensure orderly filing of all accounting documents.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by your superiors

  Job Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma in Accountants/ZICA technician/ACCA level 2/CIMA level 2
• 3 years relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge Pastel and Microsoft Office
• Should be registered member of ZICA
