JOB DETAILS:

Purpose of the Job
The job holder undertakes basic accounting operations in order to ensure efficient utilization and accountability of public funds.

Main duties
• Prepares, maintains effectively ledgers and timely bank reconciliation in order to ensure al transactions are properly recorded and funds accountability.
• Prepares timely cash flow statement and appropriate tax returns in order to facilitate payment and meeting statutory obligations.
• Manages and underlakes periodically verification of stock levels in order to account for slock and facilitate replenishment.
• Prepares effectively payment vouchers and sysler entries in order to ensure the Centre meets its obligations.

Minimum requirements
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• ZICA Technician, CAT. NATECH, AAT or equivalent
• Able to write analytical and technical reports Able to communicate effectively in English
• Work Experience/Competences/Attributes
• Two (2) years relevant experience Computer literate
• Integrity
• Tact and Diplomacy
• Interpersonal skills

Level of Education: High School
