Overview
Crystal Car Hire Ltd is looking for suitably qualified candidates to take up the following position
Assistant Administration Manager
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or degree in business administration
• At least 2 years working experience in the accounting field
• Must be computer literate
Responsibilities
• To assist the Admin Manager in the day to day operations of company
• Supervising employees and carry out necessary training
• Carrying out performance evaluations for employees
• Developing policies, systems and procedures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the company.
• Monitoring and reviewing system, policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with the set objectives.
Preferably between the age of 35 to 40 years
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Associate Degree
