Job Description

• Prepare food menus;
  
• Supervising all kitchen activities efficiently and effectively;
  
• Monitoring kitchen hygiene on daily basis;
  
• Monitoring kitchen and dining room security;
  
• Follow up how the students are fed and those who are sick
  
• Produce a weekly report to the supervisor

Certificate in Catering, Food and Beverages
