JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Assistant Coxswain Trainer for a short-term assignment lasting one week. The responsibilities include:
• Conducting boat checks and preparation.
• Ensuring the readiness of all safety equipment, including radios.
• Proficiency in trailer works, including backing, hooking up, and safe transport.
• Skill in tying and untying the boat to the wharf.
• Experience in the launch and recovery of boats.
• Basic boat handling skills.
• Familiarity with basic navigation, including buoys and beacons.
• Practical boat handling expertise.
• Knowledge of knots and lines work.

Qualifications:
• G12 Certificates.
• Certificate in life-saving guide/techniques
• Certificate in boat operation.

Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience as a boat operator trainer is an added advantage.
