JOB DETAILS:
Hover Taxi Ltd is a new upcoming Taxi Ride Hailing Application that will offer Taxi Booking Services through the provision of the App. We intend to provide our services to different types of customers such as business men and women, Government and Private companies workers, Students, Tourists, Pupils and other interested travellers. In order to achieve our main objectives and vision of providing quality and affordable Taxi Services to our customers, we are looking for self-oriented, qualified and dedicated Zambian citizens to apply for the following job opportunity that is vacant at our Head Office in Lusaka.
Assistant Customer Care

Duties
• Answer all calls from clients
• Advice and send notifications to all drivers
• Guide all clients (drivers and passengers)
• Assist clients on the usage of hover services
• Attend to all new and existing clients
• Provide technical support to clients
• Assist the marketing & customer care officer

Qualifications
• Certificate in customer care service or equivalent
• 1 year working experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
