We are currently looking for a highly motivated Assistant Front Office Manager. As Assistant Front Office Manager, your role will involve supporting the Front Office Manager in the day to day management of the front office department and other team .
Your responsibilities includes:
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the reception desk
• Taking responsibility for dealing with any issues
• Coaching team members to improve and develop.
• Managing the department in the absence of the manager.
• Ensuring communication is maintained between key departments
• Generating ideas to drive the business forward.
