JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
• To undertake the management inventory control systems in order to facilitate accurate financial reporting.

Job Accountabilities
• Effectively undertake capturing of inventory receipts and issues in order to facilitate management of inventory.
• Undertakes periodically preparation of inventory reports in order to facilitate production of financial reports and statements.
• Effectively undertake the valuation of variance report facilitate

Qualifications and Experience
• Full Form V [Grade 12 School Certificate;
• Bachelors' Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent; and
• A member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)

Skills, Knowledge and Other Attributes
• Problem solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters and of high integrity;
• Must be assertive, high ethical standards, respectful and collaborative;
• Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail; and
• Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written)
