JOB DETAILS:

To help the trainers to provide standard or specialized teaching, technical training or counseling in a designated area;

• To establish training timetable;
  
• To avail of training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for trainees, other support materials;
  
• To keep records of training materials of stock in use up to date;
  
• To keep records of trainees;
  
• To print up of training support/handouts for training courses;
  
• To assist in training course set up;
  
• To prepare evaluation schedule ;
  
• To assist with arranging induction program timetable for new trainers;
  
• To provide general administrative assistance and support and trainers;
  
• To arrange training provisions as required during the annual leave or absence of the trainer;
  
• To ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well;
  
• To ensure all trainees get their certificates
  
• Take care of administrative tasks (such as handling the correspondence and write memos, emails, letters, making copies,) and provide to the trainer general administrative support.
  
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  

Job Profile
A1 in Carpentry, Construction, welding, Crop production, Animal Sciences, Agriculture Sciences, Agribusiness, Entrepreneurship & Computer, Education Sciences, Sewing, and Catering.

• Very effective organization skills;
  
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French.
