The USAID Expanding Water and Sanitation Project, implemented by Research Triangle Institute International, LLC (RTII) seeks to professionalize and promote accountability for reliable and high-quality WASH service providers and remove barriers to private sector participation in WASH service delivery.

Research Triangle Institute International, LLC (RTII) is prequalifying suppliers and service providers to or the provision of required goods and services for the years 2024/2025 as per the categories below.

1) Office stationery-Tonner, pens, staplers, paper, XL-Files, etc
Category 2
2)Printing services-Printing business cards, booklets etc
Category 3
3)Office furniture and equipment-Tables, chairs, desks, filing cabinets, & shredders etc.
Category 4
4) Cleaning and Sanitary services-Office cleaning, Sanitary disposal, and gardening services.
Category 5
5) Security services-Alarm systems, electric wire fence installations, CCTV systems & access control services etc.
Category 6
6)Insurance Services-Health Insurance; asset/equipment insurance; IT equipment & Motor vehicle Insurance
Category 7
7)IT equipment-Laptops, Monitors, Tablets, & Smart phones, Printers, keyboards& Mouses
Category 8
8)Internet services & ICT services-ICT supply, repairs, and maintenance, IT professional support services and Internet service providers.
Category 9
9)Maintenance services-Plumbing, aircon servicing, electrical services etc
Category 10
10)Hospitality services-Outside catering services, venue/ conferencing services and accommodation within Lusaka.
Category 11
11) Travel and car Hire services-Services to be provided both within Lusaka and out of Lusaka.

12)Vehicle tracking-Fleet management and tracking

13) Vehicle Maintenance Services-Service /repairs, fuels/oils, spare parts, and tyres
Category 14
14) General Items suppliers-Bicycles, (Toolkits for borehole with handpumps)

15) Audit Services-Statutory Audits – firms affiliated with ZICA

Submission requirements:

Interested and Qualified suppliers are invited to express their interest by submitting the following:

• Applicants must send their current certificate of registration/incorporation, TPIN/VAT Registration, and Tax clearance certificate(All statutory certificates).
• Submit their company profile including all contact details and physical address.
• Submit their Bank statements for the past six months on a bank letterhead.
• Submit at least five business reference letters with contact details.
• For IT services, providers should show/submit proof of accredited as either support/service centres or authorized dealers for Dell or any other IT manufacturers.
• Applicants should state their specific category of services or supplies they are interested in registering for.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Prospective vendors should be able to supply the goods and services on a 30-day credit period.
• All current vendors that have supplied goods or services to RTII, will need to resubmit to be considered for the stated period.
• RTII reserves the right to conduct preliminary review of the submissions and contacting successful selected vendors for further due diligence exercise.

All interested and qualified suppliers should submit their applications by email to  Procurement-ZEWASH@rti.org  no later than 5th January,2024 at 5pm Zambian Time. Applicants should ensure that the subject of the email clearly indicates the category(ies) which they are applying for. All submissions should be addressed to RTII-Procurement Team.
