JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose and Principle Accountabilities
a. To undertake driving and manipulating the bucket of a backhoe to dig and move dirt, sand, gravel or a combination of these materials.
b. Undertake effectively the grading of roads in order to enhance accessibility to facilities.
e. Undertake effectively the Operations and delivery with the Tractor
d. Cleaning up and maintaining backhoes and other equipment, as well as making basic repair as necessary
e. Reporting malfunctioning equipment or components with defects to supervisors such as moving levers, pushing pedals, or turning valves to control equipment
f. Strictly adhering to safety regulations and ensuring potential hazards are minimized
g. Following site grading and operations plans

Main Requirements
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Trade Tested Certificate in Backhoe(TLB) Operation
• Valid Driver’s License Minimum Class TE/C added advantage
• Between the age of 25 and 45
• Craft Certificate in Heavy duty Mechanics will be an added advantage
• Sober minded
• No criminal record
• Residents of Chadiza are encouraged to apply
