JOB DETAILS:
We are a Lusaka based Bakery seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals who preferably live within proximity to our Branches at Mount Meru Leopards Hill Road, Mount Meru Kasangula Road and Mount Meru Mumbwa Road to fill the above vacancy.

Responsibilities
• Oversee overall operations
• To manage the Execution, Direction and coordination of all matters
• Manage Budgets, organize schedules
• Ensuring that vehicles are safe and road worthy
• Ensuring that Drivers are aware of their Duties
• Manage information from point of origin to delivery and Tracking
• Preparation of administrative documentation as required by management.
• Maintenance of all administrative processes for the departments operational activities
• Actively take on additional responsibilities as and when required by the team to support the delivery of excellent customer service Develop and continually update administrative skills
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
• Provide oversight and check job estimates
• Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with Management
• Act as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the business as requested.
• ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management

Requirements
• Must have a diploma/degree Business Administration
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Knowledge of our products will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have a clean Driving license
• Must be Aggressive and Target driven
• Good customer handling skills
• Having a car is an added advantage
• Must be well groomed and conducts oneself professionally
