Barista
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Barista at our coffee shop, you are at the forefront of delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility is to expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring each cup reflects our commitment to quality and consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous work experience as a Barista
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma; relevant training is a must
