JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To provide secretarial services to Management Committees and the committees established by the Board. Assist the Company Secretary/Legal Counsel with corporate actions within the Company Secretarial Department. The position reports to the Company Secretary/Legal Counsel.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides Company Secretarial services to Management Committee and other committees established by the Board. This includes organising meetings and transcribing minutes of the meetings, filing and retrieving documents in a timely manner.
• Prepares documents for Management Committee and other Committees established by the Board before meetings and follow up Management actions after every meeting.
• Compile Company monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with the Company Secretary/Legal Counsel.
• To attend to matters on PACRA fillings,
• Assists with the preparation of holding of various committee meetings
• Ensure proper filing of documents including Management and other Committee PaperS.

Required Qualifications
• Five (5) “O” Levels
• Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB), Bachelor of Accountancy or Chartered Governance Professional
• Professional membership
Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
• 2 years’ work experience in a similar position in a busy and complex work environment.
