JOB DETAILS:
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of management experience and a relevant management qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales and customer service.
Manage staff, ensuring productivity and team development.
Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient stock management.
Drive branch growth and meet financial targets.
Build strong customer relationships and uphold excellent service standards. Regular reporting back to head office.
