JOB DETAILS:
Brand and Marketing Officer
DGM Beverages Limited is Zambia’s number one manufacturer of alcoholic beverages.
Our organization seeks the services of a Brand and Marketing Officer to join a dynamic and proactive team.
The interested candidate will
• Create marketing plans to raise awareness of DGM Beverages Limited products.
• Produce creative and engaging content for print or online advertising.
• Provide direction and guidance on marketing activities.
• Build and create rapport with target audiences
• Research, study, assess and research market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for product growth and promotion
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of marketing activities and enhance company presence
• Establish marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost effective
• Track market performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management
• Monitor and report on competitor activity
• Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
• Manage online marketing strategies
• Engage with clients over online platforms
• Updating and maintaining procedural documents
• Any other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualification and skills
• BA or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Must be a paid-up member of ZIM
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Creative
• Digital marketing skills
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Communication and networking abilities
• Competent in the use of Excel and other Microsoft tools
