JOB DETAILS:
Business Development Consultant
Ignite is an entrepreneurs development program that helps startups increase their success by providing them with relevant training, guidance and mentorship. The program will run for 3 months and carry out various topics such as financial management, sales and marketing, branding, etc..

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with startup teams across various projects to support various stages of development
• Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function
• Participate in the development of training programs
• Prepare training related material
• Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom
• Report training metrics and generate training related reports
• Work on ad-hoc projects and events
• Schedule classes
• Mentor others
• Act as a resource to others
• Understanding of appropriate processing, procedure and workflow
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent in Business Administration/Economics or Finance
• High-level communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience in a managerial role
• 3+ years’ experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
• 1+ year experience preparing and delivering presentations on Business Development
