Business Development Manager
Division: Crop Nutrition.

  Job Responsibilities:
• Initiates business development that are consistent with the Company’s business strategy
• Constantly survey the market and identify new business opportunities
• Locates or proposes potential new business deals by contacting potential new prospects and exploring opportunities
• Develops and executes strategic business plans that meets or exceeds established sales goal and profitability targets
• Develops, manages and maintains strong relationships with the new prospects
• Other duty includes support in managing marketing projects through trade show and sales activities

Job Qualifications:
• Degree in Agriculture/ Agrochemicals/ Biochemistry disciplines
• 7 years of relevant experience especially in trading or distribution in the agri-business industry
• Strong commercial acumen, integrity, good work ethics, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to travel around the regions

  Job Education Requirements:
• Degree in Agriculture/ Agrochemicals/ Biochemistry disciplines

Job Experience Requirements:
• 7 years of relevant experience especially in trading or distribution in the agri-business industry
