Job Description
• M31 Research is seeking a dynamic and motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Temporary Business Development and Human Resources Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business development and human resources within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans · Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Handle HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Maintain records of personnel-related data in the company database
• Participate in performance evaluation processes
• Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
