JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CRM and Data Management Consultant to manage and optimize our CRM systems, ensuring that our data processes align with business goals. The consultant will be responsible for data accuracy, system management, and offering strategic insights to improve our operations. This role focuses on data management within Salesforce and requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a consultant’s mindset to provide solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM platform (primarily Salesforce), ensuring it meets the business needs and integrates seamlessly with other tools.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data within the CRM and related databases.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create, generate, and analyze reports that provide insights for improving business processes and driving strategic decisions.
• Consulting & Strategy: Act as a consultant to the business and external clients, offering expert advice on CRM best practices, data workflows, and system improvements.
• Data Migration & Integration: Lead data migration efforts and integrate data from multiple sources to the CRM, ensuring seamless and error-free transitions.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement CRM improvements.
• User Training & Support: Provide training and support to users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.
• Project Management: Lead and manage CRM and data-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) in data management and optimization.
2. Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices, including data migration, integration, and analysis.
3. Experience in providing consulting services to clients, with a focus on CRM strategy and data solutions.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Professional Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
Certifications:
1. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant certification required.
2. Certifications in Data Management, CRM Strategy, or other related fields (e.g., Salesforce Data Architect or Business Analyst) are preferred.
CRM Expertise:
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, focusing on system administration, data management, and reporting.

Required Skills:
1. Data Management Skills:
Strong understanding of data governance, data migration, and data integration practices, with a proven ability to maintain high data quality and consistency.
2. Technical & Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis, working with large datasets, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced skills in Excel and SQL are a plus.
3. Consulting Experience:
Demonstrated experience providing CRM and data management consultancy services to businesses, including diagnosing CRM issues, advising on best practices, and implementing tailored solutions.
4. Project Management:
Strong project management capabilities, with a history of successfully managing CRM implementations and data-related projects from start to finish.
5. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex CRM and data solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in CRM systems, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and optimize business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Salesforce Certification:
Advanced certifications in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Consultant are highly desirable.
2. Industry Experience:
Prior experience working within the agricultural sector or tech-based industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
