JOB DETAILS:
  As a growing company we seek call centre agents
We are looking to hire Call Centre agents.

  Job Responsibilities:
• Answering and making calls to customers to address their needs
• Managing relationships with clients and other call centre team members
• Resolving queries from Sales Reps, Agents and escalating unresolved issues.
• Data entry into the system
• Daily weekly and monthly reports
