JOB DETAILS:
Jacaranda is a Mining and Logistics Company
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Raising Requisitions and Filling cash transactions
2. Dispense Cash after authorization and approval from signatories
3. Updating and maintaining Cash book
4. Maintaining and filing financial records and documents
5. Reconcile daily deposits and expenses
6. Check spreadsheets for accuracy
7. Prepare and Manage Payroll
8. Enter receipts and expenses in appropriate ledgers
9. Keep financial documents confidential
10. Prepare data for Accountant
Qualifications
1. ZICA Technician member or Related field
2. Trustworthy with Communication and interpersonal skills
3. Attention to Detail and Accuracy
4. Preferably female
5. 1 year experience in similar role will be an added advantage.

Experience in Months: 12
