JOB DETAILS:
An all-round and experienced Chef is required for a lovely family in Lusaka.
*Requirements for the position:*
• The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience in preparing world class multi-cultural cuisines gained at a 5 star hotel.
• They must have an eye for detail and excellence; from the choosing of ingredients, preparation and the presentation of dishes.
• Knowledge of nutrition is of paramount importance.
• The candidate must also possess great communication skills.
• The candidate must also posses great time management skills.
• A willingness to learn new things and flexibility in conducting duties is also desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards will be expected.
• The candidate will be expected to prove that they possess the suitable qualifications for the role.“`
