JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
• We are looking for a professional hospitality expert to join our company as a Chef/Food & Beverages Consultant.
• The consultant will need to be creative, passionate, motivated, risk taking and visionary to work successfully and deliver to our expectations.
• In addition to the above the Consultant must highly be an experienced culinary expert who is able to advise and leverage their foodservice expertise to observe, analyze and provide a range of solutions to our F&B Department.

Chef/ Food & Beverages-Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Advising and leveraging food service expertise
• Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen
• Management of food and beverages
• Budgetary planning and management Improving customer/client relations
• Improving profitability
• Consulting advising and operational deliveries on all culinary aspects

Chef/F&B Requirements and Qualifications
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Accomplished professional hospitality consultant
• Proven expertise in F&B operations and management
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in directing kitchen and restaurant settings of international standard
• Leadership skills such as leading a team of chefs, teaching line cooks new recipe and managing a kitchen sta
• Past experience as General Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Consultant at international level will be an added advantage.
