Chefs
Our Client is a team of professionals that seek to help revamp the hospitality industry in Zambia. The team majors in premium Lodge and safaris, with the focus of providing unforgettable experiences in Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Namibia. The Lodges offer Conferencing facilities, bar and restaurant services, where meals are served to walk in or booked-in clients.
They are currently looking for passionate chef to join the team of committed and hardworking workforce; to provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and prompt service.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Diploma or Certificate in Food Production or relevant field
• Experience in a variety of different kitchens
• Proven creativity in menu planning and recipe creation
• Ability to ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available
• Thorough knowledge of food preparation and servicing
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies
• Be available for functions as they arise to ensure that the food is prepared and served as required
• Friendly and pleasant personality
