JOB DETAILS:
• As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization. We are seeking an experienced financial leader with a strong track record of success in managing financial operations, driving strategic growth, and implementing financial best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to provide insights and guidance to the executive team.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity, optimizing the use of available resources.
Investor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Ensure transparent and effective communication with stakeholders.
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and other legal obligations.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and process improvements to enhance the organization’s profitability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Exceptional strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of financial software and systems.
