JOB DETAILS:
Uniturtle Ind. (Z) Ltd. is urgently looking for the services of an energetic Zambian National to apply for the position of Chief Security Officer.
Job Purpose: The incumbent will be in charge of monitoring sites, prevention of theft, vandalism, fire & other harmful situations, etc. It will be his or her responsibility for overseeing the safety of all employees, company information, including the supervision of security guards, deployments, the discipline of guards, etc. .

Entry Requirements & Experience:
• Full grade 12 Certificate:
• 8-10 years & above experience in a busy industry. :
• Good command of written & spoken English. :
• Experience with Police reporting & procedures. :
• Traceable references with no criminal record. :
• Honest & sober character. :
• Physically fit & able to work long hours with minimum supervision. :
• Valid motorbike driver’s license. :
• Any certificate in Military or Police training will be an added advantage. :
Other Attributes & Competencies: :
• Must be able to write reports & strictly follow instructions. :
• Must have confidence to challenge people when necessary, when representing the company like in the court of law/Police cases. :
• The ability to use own initiative, introductions of new systems & make quick decisions. :
• Familiar with the use of Technical devices like CCTV, Security Radios.
