Childcare Specialist Job Summary
We are looking for an individual with strong interaction abilities, patience, and ability to deal with children, knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to deal compassionately with baby children.
This individual should have extensive knowledge of social work practice with children and families interface with diverse issues such as developmental disabilities, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, separation and loss, bonding and attachment.

Child care Specialist - Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supporting children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
• Providing direct care to infants and toddlers
• Creating a friendly environment for children with different needs
• Assisting children with preparing and eating meals, taking baths, maintaining hygiene, and performing other daily routine tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications
• A qualification in Psychology or Early childhood from a reputable international institution.
• A certificate in Nutrition
• International exposure coupled with vast practical experience on the job with full knowledge of child welfare activities.
• Certificate in first aid will be an added advantage
