Chitambo Town Council received funds from the 2022 Constituency Development Fund allocation for chitambo constituency and intends to apply part of these funds towards the procurement of the following projects.

i. Construction of 1x2 Classroom block, Construction of the staff house, installation water system at Mulembo primary school in Chalilo ward

ii. Construction of 1x2 Classroom block, Construction of the staff house, installation water system at Mabonde primary school in Chitambo ward

Bidder who are able to bid for more than one project will be required to submit their bid separately for each project. However, no bidder shall be awarded more than one lot.

A mandatory site visit for Mabonde primary school in Chitambo ward be conducted on 13th December, 2022 and for project Mulembo primary school in Chalilo ward shall be conducted on 29th September, 2022. All bidders to meet at chitambo town council civic Centre at 08:00hrs. All bidders to provide their own transport.

The closing date for the receipt of bids is 7 January, 2023 at 10:00hrs local time.

The submissions and opening of bids will be through the e-GP as mandated by Public procurement Act No. 8 of 2020.

This tender is only applicable to Zambian-Citizen Owned companies.
