JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
• Manage and lead a team of MFORCE champions within the designated city/area.
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.
Operations Oversight:
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute strategies based on community insights to drive mobile money account reactivation.
Collaborate with upper management to align strategies with overall project goals.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Conduct thorough recruitment processes to bring onboard qualified MFORCE champions.
Ensure effective onboarding, training, and continuous development of the team.
Incentives and Rewards:
• Drive incentive programs to motivate and recognize top-performing team members.
Implement competitions to enhance team engagement and performance.

Target Achievement:
• Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding targets within the assigned area.
Monitor and drive the team’s efforts towards daily reactivations and app downloads.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Mobile Money Customer Reactivation and downloads:
• Set and achieve daily targets for mobile money customer reactivations and downloads.
MFORCE Champion Recruitment: Customer Conversion:
• Achieve daily targets for converting customers to download the mobile money application.
Monitor and enhance customer engagement, collecting valuable feedback.
