Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain varying scales of construction projects in a safe, timely and
• Sustainable manner
• Produce designs and drawings of services including roads, water, draining, electrical and sewer lines
• Ensure drawings meet council and government regulations and submit for approvals and certifications.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (surveys, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up drawings that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other
• Technical documentation as required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Engineering Projects.
