BACKGROUND
Prime Insurance Limited is an insurance company, established in 1995 by Rwandan investors. To harmonize the conduct of insurance market in Rwanda, the Regulator enacted a directive that required insurance companies to separate their general and life insurance businesses.
The Company is seeking to recruit highly skilled, self- motivated and experienced persons to fill the following posts:
Claims inspector
Under the supervision of the Claims Manager, the Claims Inspector ensures effective and efficient management of company tools and compliance with investigation regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct an efficient proportionate and effective case investigation and case progression process;
• Delivers excellent customer service to stakeholders;
• Ensure that in his/her activities, he/she follow and respect all investigation procedures
• Continually review evidence, allegation and key factors of the case through the investigation process ;
• Identify risks and complexity within the case on regular basis and ensure advice is taken and documented from the appropriate professional
• Prepare weekly and monthly report as he/she will be required;
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
   JOB SPECIFICATION
  Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Law.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Law
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Have a professional experience in a related field of five (5) last consecutive years
• Age 30-40
  Skills:
• Computer skills
• Ability to follow specified Procedure
• Ability to Communicate and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work under Pressure
• Proficiency in record keeping and Data analysis
