Bella Flowers Ltd is a Private Company registered in Rwanda under Company code 103449745 0n 20th October 2014 and the Government of Rwanda/MINAGRI /NAEB owns 100% of its shares. It owns a land of 35 Ha in Gishali, Rwamagana District, and Eastern Province on which Flower production is being undertaken.
The Company is seeking to recruit highly skilled, self- motivated and experienced persons to fill the following post:
Clinic Nurse

Position Overview:
Clinic Nurses assist Company in health care facilities and perform duties such as delivering patient care, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, performing tests, handling medical emergencies, and recording patient behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for international certification standards, fire drill, health and safety, the cholinesterase test and training.
•  Developed, implemented and revised policies and procedures to facilitate and support the evolution and growth of the Clinic at the farm level.
• Ensured quality patient care throughout clinic; monitored charts for precise documentation.
• Daily clinic operations
• Established protocol for daily nursing activities, responsibilities and procedures
• Scheduled outpatient procedures and specialists appointments communicating pertinent
• To provide consultation and informed consent to client or a patient,
• To maintain contemporaneous notes,
• To respect client or patients dignity and confidentiality,
• To maintain high standard of clinic cleanliness,
• Ensure work surfaces, laser and equipment are cleaned.
• To inform the Farm Manager of any adverse incident, accident or complaint,
• To ensure that the room is secure on leaving,
•  To notify the Farm manager when leaving if after reception hours,
•  Maintain adequate stock of supplies within the laser clinic and notify Farm manager ofstock requests,

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in General Nursing
• More than 3 years’ experience working as a Clinic Nurse.
• Technical Nursing skills
• Awareness of Care Quality Commission standards
• Commitment.
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
• Quality oriented.
• Honest.
• Hardworking.
