Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collections and Asset Recovery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collections process and managing the recovery of assets, particularly vehicles, in cases of delinquency.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for the collection of overdue payments.
• Manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and support to ensure performance goals are met.
• Coordinate repossession efforts for delinquent accounts, with a focus on vehicle recovery.
• Liaise with legal teams and external agencies as necessary to facilitate asset recovery processes.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in collections management, with a focus on vehicle repossession.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing asset recovery.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
