JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Commercial Manager
The position is responsible for overseeing the Commercial Department to ensure that Lactalis achieves a sustainable profit pool through product sales, effective management of all channels, crafting and execution of effective Commercial Strategy

Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Ensure that monthly reviews are conducted on and with all the customers
• Deals and promotions are negotiated and rolled out
• Push sales within all channels to gain market share
• Ensure price compliance
• Monitor and ensure on-shelf availability and positioning of stock on the shelf
• Grow numeric distribution of all products across all channels
• Manage all channels to drive market share
• Develop and execute appropriate pricing strategy in liaison with the Marketing function and General Manager
• Conduct weekly performance reviews
• Manage the all contracts to ensure expectations are being met
• Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy

If you have the following:
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Master’s Degree would be an added advantage
• 5-10 years in FMCG sales at Senior Management Level
• Working with less supervision (self-driven)
• Work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Assertive
• Problem solving
• Analytical ability
• Statistical analysis
• Business knowledge
• Good reporting skills

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
