Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Communications Intern to support our communications and public relations efforts. This is a paid, one-year part-time position ideal for a motivated individual passionate about storytelling, event moderation, and social media management. As part of this role, you will ensure Nuttah’s brand message is effectively communicated and consistently represented across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management
o Manage and grow Nuttah’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
o Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with our brand voice.
o Respond to comments and queries professionally.
• Event Moderation
o Serve as the moderator for Nuttah’s online and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.
o Facilitate smooth event flow, ensuring active engagement between speakers and participants.
• Public Relations
o Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
o Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
• Content Development
o Create high-quality written and visual content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
o Collaborate with the team to produce impactful marketing and communication campaigns.
• Brand Representation
o Uphold consistency in messaging and tone across all communication platforms.
o Represent Nuttah as a professional brand ambassador at events and in media engagements.

Qualifications
• Must be a Zambian national.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in social media management and basic content creation.
• Familiarity with public relations strategies and event moderation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for effective storytelling.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative.
• Confident and comfortable moderating events and engaging diverse audiences.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
