JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the Position:
To support the strategic expansion of ECR’s marketing communication activities in order to make the organization and the Church’s work well known, via showcasing the organization’s profile and impact to partners and the public with the aim of developing and promoting ECR’s Brand, the Church’s transformative works, and ECR as a Christian unifying and transformation movement, making the organization more well known, and extend the organization’s resource, partnership, and support base.

Core Responsibilities
• Edit content developed by technical leads, arranging/acquiring art/photography, coordinating with designers and printers; manage digital photography and digital video recording and editing
• Support the navigation of content management systems for the ECR website, and producing and posting content for the site
• Post ECR news and features on social networking sites like Facebook.
• Manage editorial output of Editor/Writer for digital content, brochures, electronic newsletters and web content

Key Qualifications
1. Degree in any Social Science will be an added advantage
2. Diploma in Social Sciences or related Field

Required Skills, qualities and competencies
1. Conversant with the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Microsoft Office Suit
2. Experience with logo designs, brochure, flyers, web and social media pages
3. Creative, but work within approved brand designs and guidelines
4. Excellent graphic skills
5. Ability to work independently and provide competent technical lead on the work
6. New techniques in Design Software, Social Media & Photography
7. Able to work under pressure on multiple assignments
8. Strong teamwork skills
9. Able to work under minimal supervision
10. Sober mind
