Compliance Officer
Overview
We are looking to hire a Compliance Officer to work with us for a short term period of 6 months.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage and implement an effective legal system for the company.
• Develop and review company policies, procedures, practices and documents.
• Develop internal company policies and procedures that help the company adhere to laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify any risks in the company.
• Communicate with members of staff to ensure they know what to do in order to be compliant with internal and external laws and regulations.
• Constantly report to management on potential risks and give solutions to such risks.
• Attend to all legal issues in the company.

Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• At least a degree in Law.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Procurement procedures would be an added advantage.
